One of the most interesting and intriguing things about the internet
today is the various different modes of chat. And from these chats spawned
a new type of "language". Not a language in itself, mind you, but a language
of abbreviations for commonly used phrases, words, etc. That's what this
page is for. I am trying to collect the most comprehensive list of abbreviations
and "smileys". And I can only accomplish that with your help. If you notice
that one of your favorite phrases or faces is not on this page, please
mail it to me and I'll put it
up ASAP as long as it isn't anything "bad", so please use discretion before
sending it in.
